Return and Refund Policy
At Wear Snogs, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If your purchase isn’t quite what you expected, our refund policy is designed to make returns and exchanges simple, fair, and transparent.
14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
How to Start a Return ?
To begin the return process, contact us at support@wearsnogs.com. Once approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Please send returns to: Wear Snogs Returns Department
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us right away at support@wearsnogs.com with photos and order details. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. These include:
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Custom or personalized items
- Perishable or personal care goods
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
- Gift cards and final sale items
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The quickest way is to return your current item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover processing and handling costs.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at support@wearsnogs.com
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must still meet our standard return eligibility requirements.
